All users should note that, due to the volume of changes that may affect these documents, there may be motions on any particular issue that may have been made and not yet reflected in these documents as of the date you are reading them. Due to the time involved in updating all of these documents, they cannot be continuously revised and will be revised several times per year and posted on the APC website. All users should check for new motions that affect whatever sections they wish to rely upon.
